. . . I give you Wuthering Heights. I just posted this on LastFM, but I’m going to pop it here, because it’s really good. However, it does make me feel rather old – it was number 1, 30 years ago today. I was 11 at the time, and in my last year of primary school. I can remember wandering around the house wailing ‘wuthering, a-wuthering, a-wuthering heights’, firmly convinced I sounded just like Kate Bush.

– Charlie bit my finger – again !

Yes, I know I haven’t posted for ages. I have no excuse, I have just been off doing other things and rather enjoying them. I’m not sure if I really want to return to blogging in a number of different places several times a week. I’ve been doing that for ages and it was really starting to feel quite dull, more like a chore than a fun activity. In fact, the hosting on my other blog is coming up for renewal, and I may just let it go, or maybe not, I’ll have to have a think about that.

Anyhoo, I will keep this blog up, but I might not update it too often – I’m going back to college to train as a librarian (don’t laugh) in the next few months, so I’m not sure how much free time I will have. And that’s it for now, I leave you with a song, and if it doesn’t get you tapping your toes, you have no soul.

Edited to add: Darn, it isn’t appearing, so you will have to go here to listen to my fab and groovy musical offering.

I appreciate you dropping by,
