Mr Bloggs just told me something pretty worrying. In an interview with Michael Parkinson, Tony Blair has confided that the latest war with Iraq was all God’s idea. Well, he doesn’t say exactly that, but the implication is there. I’m pretty sure I remember George Bush saying something very similar a while back. Oh, and Peter Sutcliffe (the Yorkshire Ripper) and the Nazis also blamed God for their actions. Wow, what great company they are in.
